She has never visited the area nor seen the house – she just won it by bidding in Ebay. However, the taxes and paperwork will require around $850 extra payment but still, can you beat the price??

your all just a bunch of ignorant asses i bet you all are all poor as shit. buying the house was a good investment with all the money she saved she could put twice as much into fixing it up and rent it out making more than tripple the profit or sell it.
