August 1, 2008 – 2:31 pmThe most expensive home, in the US, is currently owned by none other than Donald Trump. (What a surprise!) The house, located in Palm Beach Florida, is up for sale. The asking price is a mere 125 million dollars.
The property package includes the main house and three cottages and is situated on seven acres of land. If you love lots of windows and beautiful ocean views, this house is for you. Rumor has it that the views are even better here than the house where ‘The Donald’ actually resides.
The main house has 18 bedrooms and 22 bathrooms. There is a conservatory and huge pool with jacuzzi, as well.
There are several interested buyers, who have toured the grounds. Although you think that big celebrities would be the ones interested in the property, the majority of prospects have been businessmen and Europeans, looking for a place to get away.
