Amazing Mailboxes
July 9, 2008 – 3:21 pmI’ve always been intrigued by the creativity some people exhibit, when it comes to the type of mailbox they have chosen to temporally house their mail.
I’m not taking about mailboxes with pictures pained underneath the homeowners name… those are a dime a dozen. I’m talking about really cool, totally amazing, mailboxes.
Yes, you can purchase ready-made mailboxes that are somewhat artistic. If you drive along a country road, chances are you will see at least one tractor shaped box. During the holidays it is not uncommon to see Santa, perched upon a mailbox, as well.
But, these examples are nothing compared to some of the mailboxes featured on Sam’s Mailbox Pictures website. There is an airplane, a pistol, a hammer, a flamingo, a mail truck, a golf ball, a black bear and SO MUCH more.
