Lego Church

I’ve always been intrigued by Legos. Unfortunately, I’m not creative enough to build much more than a basic structure. Yes, it’s sad but true and honestly I deal with it as best I can. :) It’s a good thing that the people at Lego have not had to count on me, for their livelihood.

Thank God, for Reverend Stuart Dornfeld… no pun intended. He has created the most amazing Lego church, I have ever seen. What makes it even more special is the fact that it is a replica of his own church, Emanuel Lutheran, located in Brandon Wisconsin.

The church is constructed for more than 12,000 Legos. It took the Reverend approximately 6 months to build it. This nifty building measures 24 x 48 x 17 and features two pianos, an organ, 15 stained-glass windows and 30 pews. (Some of the parishioners include: Batman, SpongeBob and Indiana Jones.)
